Research and experimentation is the heart of our work. The discipline of food design is very young and there are many scenarios that can be opened and the areas to which it can be applied.
In training we held lectures and workshops aimed at young people who are studying to become chefs, design students and professionals of the catering and tourism.
The courses and workshops held by Into the Food, wish to explore various issues related to the Food & Eating design and aim to define the scope and potential of these disciplines.
